- How long does a room take?
- The room recipe is instant. The four visuals usually land within a minute or two, and the restyled frame starts as soon as the before frame exists. A day-to-night walkthrough takes longer because video generation is slower. Leave the tab open and the outputs appear as they finish.

- The output does not look like my room. What now?
- Add the detail the model missed. Name what stays, say which wall the window is on, say how the room is used in the evening, and set the drilling limit honestly. Then run it again — regeneration is free within your allowance. If it still misses, email us the brief and we will run it ourselves.

- Can I use it if I rent and cannot drill?
- That is the case the studio is built around. Set the drilling control to No and the plan stays with plug-in, freestanding, leaning and clamped solutions, and the lighting layers are designed to replace a harsh ceiling light without touching the wiring.

- Does my room photo get uploaded?
- No. A photo you attach is read by your own browser and shown back as your before frame. It never reaches our servers and it is never sent to the generation provider. It disappears when you close the page.

- Can I buy the furniture through you?
- No. Sunday House is software only. We do not sell or ship furniture or lighting, and our shopping outputs describe categories and specifications rather than naming a retailer, so you can buy wherever you like at whatever price you find.

- Can I use the lighting plan to rewire a room?
- No. A lighting plan shows where warm light should fall, not how to install it. It is not a wiring diagram and not electrical advice. Any change to fixed wiring or a hard-wired fitting must be designed and carried out by a registered electrician.

- How do allowances work?
- An allowance is the number of rooms your plan covers in a calendar month. Peek covers one draft, Styler covers eight complete rooms and Studio is unlimited. Allowances are not stored value: unused rooms do not roll over and are not refundable as credit.

- How do I cancel?
- Open the Account page, enter your subscription email and manage it in the Stripe billing portal, or email us and we will cancel it for you. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.

- Do you train AI on my briefs?
- No. Your briefs and outputs are not used to train, fine-tune or improve any model, ours or anyone else's. Your brief text is sent to our generation provider only to produce the outputs you asked for.
