AI Disclaimer

Sunday House produces AI-generated style references for your own review. They are not construction drawings, not structural advice and not electrical installation guidance, and a real room will not match an output exactly.

01

What our outputs are

Every image, lighting plan, shopping list, walkthrough video and PDF that Sunday House produces is generated by an artificial intelligence model from the text you type. They are style references: a way to look at a direction before you spend money on it.

They are drafts for your own judgement. Read them, argue with them, and check them against your actual room.

02

They are not construction drawings

A Sunday House lighting plan is an illustration of where warm light should fall. It is not a technical drawing, not to scale, not a wiring diagram and not a specification any trade can build from.

We do not provide architectural, structural, load-bearing, planning, building-control, fire-safety or party-wall advice. If your project touches any of that, engage a qualified professional.

03

Electrical work needs a registered electrician

Nothing Sunday House produces is electrical installation advice. Kelvin values, layer positions and fitting suggestions describe an effect, not an installation method.

Any change to fixed wiring, circuits, switches or hard-wired light fittings must be designed and carried out by a registered electrician working to the wiring regulations that apply where you live. Do not use our output as a reason to open a ceiling, alter a circuit or fit a hard-wired luminaire yourself.

If you rent, check your tenancy agreement before you fix anything to a wall or ceiling. Tell us in your brief that you cannot drill and the plan will stay with freestanding, plug-in and leaning solutions.

04

No guarantee that a real room will match

Generative models approximate. A generated room can differ from your real room in proportion, colour, material, furniture placement and light behaviour. Outputs may contain items that do not exist, cannot be bought, would not fit or would not be safe in your space.

We do not guarantee that following a plan will produce a matching result, improve a valuation, satisfy a landlord or please anyone else. Budget figures are indicative allocations in USD, not quotes, and real prices move.

Measure everything before you buy. A render is not a tape measure.

05

Your judgement stays in charge

You decide what to act on. Before you buy or change anything, check dimensions in your own room, check that a product exists and suits your use, check the safety of anything electrical or child-facing, and get professional advice where it matters.

Sunday House is software, not a licensed interior design practice, contractor, surveyor or electrician. We do not inspect, install, supply goods or attend properties. We give no professional, financial, legal or safety advice.

06

Reporting a poor output

Models fail sometimes. If an output is distorted, ignores your brief or contains something that should not be there, regenerate the room and, if it happens again, tell us at support@sundhous.shop. We will look at the brief and rerun it for you.

How that sits alongside refunds is set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. What you may and may not put into the studio is set out in our Acceptable Use Policy, and who owns what comes out is in our Content License.

Questions about this policy? Write to support@sundhous.shop or use the contact form. Postal enquiries: SUNDAY HOUSE LIMITED, 86 Lawnswood Road Wordsley, DY8 5NA, England.
