Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancel any time in a couple of clicks. Unused periods within 14 days are refunded in full, unused allowance is not stored value, and a disappointing output is always regenerated free first. All amounts in USD.

How to cancel
You can cancel a Sunday House subscription at any time, with no cancellation fee and no notice period. Either:
- open the Account page, enter your subscription email and manage the subscription in the Stripe billing portal; or
- email support@sundhous.shop from your subscription address and ask us to cancel it.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your allowance stays usable until then. After that you drop to the free Peek tier.

The 14-day right to cancel
If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you normally have 14 days to change your mind about a digital service.
When you subscribe you ask us to start the service immediately, and you acknowledge that once you have generated a room the service has been performed and the 14-day right no longer applies to that period.
If you have not generated a single room in the current period, tell us within 14 days of that payment and we will refund it in full.

What we refund
All amounts are in USD and are refunded to the original payment method.
- Unused period, within 14 days: refunded in full.
- Charged after you cancelled, or charged twice: refunded in full, always.
- The service failed: if generation was unavailable or broken for a meaningful part of your period and we could not fix it, we refund that period or extend it, whichever you prefer.
- An unauthorised payment: tell us and we will investigate and refund a payment you did not authorise.
Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days. Your bank may take a further 5 to 10 days to show it.

What we do not refund
- Unused allowance. Allowances are part of the subscription, not stored value. Rooms you did not use are not refunded and do not roll over.
- Part-used periods, once you have generated a room in that period.
- Outputs you did not like. Generative results vary. Our first answer is always to regenerate, free, as many times as your allowance permits.
- Money you spent elsewhere on furniture, lighting or trades after reading one of our plans. Our outputs are style references, as set out in the AI Disclaimer.
- Accounts closed for breaching our Acceptable Use Policy.

If you are unhappy with an output
Regeneration comes first, and it is free.
- Adjust the brief — the style, the budget, the drilling limit — and run the room again.
- If it still misses, email support@sundhous.shop with the brief you used and what went wrong.
- We review it, rerun it ourselves at no charge, and if the service genuinely could not deliver what your plan promises, we refund the period.

Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We answer within one business day and almost every case is resolved faster that way than a chargeback.
If a dispute is raised, we respond through Stripe with the subscription record, the payment record and the generation activity on the account. Where the dispute is fair, we accept it.
